Some of what I've built, for clients and for my own practice.

01Client builds
TWO BUILDS
A small business that builds custom quotes

Quote sheet to proposal, without the retyping

BeforeEvery proposal started with a supplier quote. Someone keyed the specs and pricing into the quote sheet, applied the markup, then retyped all of it by hand into the customer proposal.
What I builtA Google Apps Script that reads the quote sheet and fills in the customer proposal. The supplier quote and the markup get typed in once, on the sheet.
ResultAbout an hour back per quote. In busy season they send two to four quotes a week, so that's two to four hours a week.
A small nonprofit

Grant research and writing, built in one working session

BeforeGrant research took as long as the writing. Paid research platforms cost up to about $3,000 a year, which wasn't in the budget.
What I builtWorking together over a video call, we set up a pipeline to track each grant, a research sweep that turned up new prospects alongside the ones they already knew, and a writing skill built from their past successful applications so drafts sound like them.
ResultBuilt in one session of under three hours. They own it and run it themselves.

02Built for my own practice
THREE TOOLS

I run my own work on the same kind of tools I build for clients.

Task hub

A weekly planner that pulls in my calendar, picks up emails I flag for follow-up, and rolls unfinished tasks to the next day.

Referral and lead tracker

Tracks each referral partner from first reply to first referral. Before a call, it writes me a brief from my notes and from what I've learned on past calls.

ROI calculator

Pick one slow task and see what it costs you in a year. The write-up goes to your inbox, and I get a copy so I can follow up.

Behind the scenes: a webhook routes each submission to Gmail and a Google SheetBehind the scenes: the form posts to a webhook, which emails the write-up and logs a row in a sheet.

If one of these sounds like a task in your business, start with a free call.
