Discovery call

A free first look at where the hours are going.

On the call, I learn how your business runs and where the time is going. No cost, no obligation, and if there's nothing worth automating, I'll tell you.

The real analysis, credited to your build.

The call gives me a direction. The assessment is where I get the detail: how the work runs, who touches it, where it breaks, and what each step costs you in hours. I talk to the people doing the work, map the process end to end, and put real numbers against it. The fee is credited toward your build.

Build

A flat price up front, no hourly surprises.

If there's a worthwhile fix, I build it. You get a flat price before any work begins, with no hourly surprises and no moving targets, and you only ever pay for what you decide to build. It's built to fit the tools you already use, documented and handed over working. You pay once; the hours it gives back were costing you every week.

Build it with me.

A two-hour working session over Google Meet, in your own Claude account, on one task that costs you time every week. I guide you through the build, and you keep the tool.
