Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CLW Solutions LLC (“CLW Solutions,” “I,” “me”) collects when you visit clwsolutions.co, book a call or session, or work with me, and how I use and protect it. CLW Solutions is a one-person practice, so I’m the person handling your information.
1. Information I collect
Information you give me
- Your name, email address, phone number, and business name when you fill out a form, book a call, or email me.
- Your answers on booking forms, such as the task you want help with, how it’s handled today, and which Claude plan you use.
- Files, process details, and business data you share for a discovery call, Efficiency Assessment, Automation Build, Build Session, or Maintain plan.
- Your mobile number, if you agree to receive text messages.
Information collected when you use the site or pay
- Technical data such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected by the website host and any analytics tools on the site.
- Payment details, which you enter on Stripe and Stripe processes. I don’t see or store your full card or bank account number.
2. How I use it
- To respond to you, schedule calls and sessions, and send reminders.
- To scope, price, deliver, and support the work you hire me for.
- To send invoices and payment links and keep business records.
- To keep the website secure and see how it’s used.
I don’t use your business data for anything outside the work you hired me for.
3. Access to your systems
Some of my work happens inside accounts you own, such as your Google Drive, your Claude account, or your automation platform. When you give me access, I use it only for the work we’ve agreed on. You can remove my access at any time, including when a project ends.
4. AI tools
I use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to analyze processes and build automations. Information you share for a project may be processed through these tools. I use a business plan for Claude, which Anthropic does not use to train its models by default.
5. Who I share information with
I share information only with the service providers I use to run the business and deliver the work, such as:
- Google Workspace (email, calendar, and file storage)
- Stripe (payments)
- Calendly (call scheduling)
- Grasshopper (business phone and text messages)
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Anthropic (Claude)
- Automation tools used in your build, such as Make, Zapier, or Google Apps Script
I may also share information when the law requires it. I don’t sell or rent your personal information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and are never shared with third parties.
6. Text messages
If you select the SMS opt-in option on my contact form, you agree to receive text messages from CLW Solutions LLC about scheduling, discovery calls, Build Sessions, project updates, and client support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or CANCEL to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact me at chris@clwsolutions.co or (920) 768-6373.
7. How I protect it
I limit access to what the work needs, use password-protected business accounts with two-step sign-in, and keep client files in secure cloud storage. No system is perfectly secure, so I can’t promise information will never be exposed, but I’ll tell you promptly if I learn your information was affected.
8. How long I keep it
I keep information as long as I need it for the work, for business and tax records, or as the law requires. When it’s no longer needed, I delete it.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, except records I’m required to keep. Email chris@clwsolutions.co and I’ll respond within a reasonable time.
10. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
